Shipping Policy

Shipping costs may vary by items.

Upon receipt of your order, we’ll process your item in 2-3 business days.  This includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Once the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. The delivery of your items will vary.  However, on average will take approximately 4-5 days, unless specified differently upon check-out.

If there is a delay in the arrival of your product, please notify us at contact@breezytees.ca for a resolution.

If for some reason your order hasn't arrived within 60 days from the date of original purchase, contact us for a full refund on your purchase.  (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

 

Returns and Refund Guarantee

For items received that are not as we described in our listing or defective, we will cover

the return shipping cost and replace the item(s) right away.  All returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date and be in its original packaging and condition received.

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

For non-defective items and items that were received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request.  Once we’ve receive the returned item, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date and sent back in its original packaging and condition. Breezy Tees CA has the right to refuse returns past the allowed 15-day timeframe.  For additional assistance, please contact us at: contact@breezytees.ca
